I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating religious trauma, anxiety, shame, and nervous system overwhelm. My work supports individuals who grew up in high-control or harmful religious environments and are seeking to heal from faith-based trauma, chronic stress, and patterns rooted in survival.
Using evidence-based, body-centered approaches—including nervous system regulation and EFT tapping—I help clients move out of hypervigilance, self-criticism, and emotional shutdown and into greater safety, clarity, and self-trust. Therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for your autonomy and lived experience.
